Group Therapy

Group therapy can allow you to meet people who understand some of what you are struggling with, as they are there for the same reasons. It allows you to support one another and learn from each other to achieve your goals.

In my Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Anxiety and Depression Group, you will spend 10 weeks obtaining skills to address thoughts and feelings that have been leaving you feeling down about yourself, fearful of the future or maybe stuck in the past. You will also learn about why you feel this way while finding ways to move forward in a positive direction.
