Individual Therapy

I typically meet my clients once a week for 50 minutes. However, some clients may find it more helpful to meet less frequently. We will work together to identify a treatment plan that best fits your needs as no two client's goals are ever exactly the same. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches, though I am also trained in other modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
